Qonto's services continue to operate as usual
As a regulated institution, Qonto is required to annually update and test its business continuity and emergency plan. This plan has been activated following the President's announcements and allows us to implement all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of our services.
We offer a 100% online service: our applications are available and running as usual, and our teams (operations, product, technical, and sales) have been working remotely for several days to ensure continuity of service in the weeks to come.
Concretely, you will be able to continue to use your current account and manage your finances as usual.

We encourage you to visit our Help Center at support.qonto.eu for answers to many common questions (and help us focus on most urgent questions in these complicated times).
Our customer service is available during our usual working hours (Monday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm). However, we are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times as we’re working at reduced capacity in light of current events. Also, because we want to be as efficient as possible with this context and keep on serving you the best we can, we will be focusing on emails (firstname.lastname@example.org) and social networks. For urgent matters that need a phone call, you should write to us and we will call you back as soon as possible.
You can open a Qonto account
Our service continues to operate and we are able to continue welcoming new businesses and offering them a 100% online service that allows them to manage their finances remotely. This applies to both existing businesses and those being created.
Transfers and direct debits work
Transfers and direct debits work as usual and are not affected by the situation.
You can order and use our payment cards
Our payment cards (physical and virtual) work as usual. You can therefore order them and continue to make your payments. However, the postal services have adapted their service to protect the health of their employees’ health and therefore our cards delivery time might be impacted. The service will work only on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our cards’ shipping time will be impacted and might be delayed by 3 days.
What changes for you and us
Unfortunately, our teams are no longer able to cash your checks during this period, as this requires physical processing.
Delivery of physical cards
The delivery of physical cards continues but production and delivery times may be impacted: our manufacturers continue to produce and ship your ordered cards and the post office continues to deliver them to you, but only on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our cards’ shipping time will be impacted and might be delayed by 3 days.
Capital deposit - "physical copy" of the capital deposit certificate
We continue to carry out the capital deposit procedure for entrepreneurs. However, we cannot send the physical copy of the capital deposit certificate. Therefore, only a digital copy will be sent to you.

Your virtual cards offered
Qonto exists to make it easier for SMEs and freelancers to manage their finances. As a company, we are aware of the problems you face and now more than ever it is time to help each other, especially to make it easier for you to continue managing your activity while working remotely.
We have therefore decided to offer you all of your virtual cards at no cost during this difficult period. This concerns the cards already created (which will not be invoiced to you) or the ones you are about to create. Once created, they are available instantly and allow you to pay for all of your subscriptions and online purchases, while staying warm inside your home.
Whether they are new cards or old ones, please note that you will not be charged through April 30th.
