A while back, we announced the launch of our new Qonto banking platform. Well, it’s finally ready, and all our customers can finally take advantage.
Over the first few years, we worked with a banking partner (Treezor) to process our customers’ transactions, but we wanted to become more independent in order to move closer to our objective: to be a bank that truly makes life easier for professionals, and with full transparency.
And it starts now 🕺🏻

New account = new banking information
That’s right: new account = new banking information. Once your account has been opened, we will invite you to share your new account details, replace your cards and reprogram your direct debits.
You will have 90 days, during which time we will be there to help every step of the way, to transfer the activity from your former account to your new main account. At the end of those 90 days, your former account will be closed, but you will still be able to access to your previous transactions.

As you may have seen on our blogs and our social media, Qonto premium cards are now available for our new accounts.
Your transactions are also faster to send and receive.
But that’s not all: additional new features will be unveiled soon. Here are some hints...
- Whether from Canada or China, the origin of your transactions will soon be irrelevant, as you will be able to receive non-euro transfers no problem!
- More good news: you will soon be able to have multiple current accounts for your business to help you better manage your budget.
